"I'm still getting to know myself, one experience at a time."  1. What was your first job and what did you learn from it?    My very first job was picking berries during the summer to earn spending money for the school year. How long have you been in the real estate or related service industry?    I was in the real estate business for 30 years before retiring in 2011.  My specialties were: primary residential, multi-family, and property management.3.  1. What was your first job and what did you learn from it?The first paid job I ever had was working with my Grandfather on all his rental properties. My step-Dad had died in September 1979 and I was in 6th grade. My Pa Pa decided I needed to stay busy, to keep learning and growing. So, I learned to function before 7:00AM, I learned you had to be able to put your name to the work you did that day, or it was a do over and I learned to repair & paint houses and fences and I learned how to garden. I made $5.00/day. The first w-2 job I ever had was being a bagger at Safeway and that filled in the gaps on my work ethics and serving the public and I made $5.50/hr. Important Steps To Maintain Your Home’s Central AC   If you're like most people, you crank up your air conditioner when it starts getting hotter outside. Cooling off with an AC unit is usually the preferred option when temperatures soar. However, while they are an excellent way to keep your home comfortable during the warmer months, they require regular maintenance to work effectively. By following these specific maintenance steps, you'll be able to keep your air conditioner in good condition for years to come. Power Off the Unit and MainsBefore you perform any maintenance on your air conditioner, you must first turn the unit off as well as the mains. This will keep you from being injured. Remove Debris Around the UnitClear any debris or areas that might be blocking airflow around the u...
