It is estimated that in the United States alone, there are OVER 3 MILLION real estate agents, with over 1 million REALTORS. While the number of US adults that are real estate agents is somewhere around ~.75-1%, it should be noted that there are estimated to be just about ~20,000 cities, towns, and villages in the US, with about three quarters of these areas having populations of 5,000 or fewer people. This means that to succeed and thrive in real estate, it’s important to stand out amongst a crowd! There have been many comments and mentions about how some people respond to other blog posts. Here are some examples of unacceptable responses. The same cut-and-paste comment on multiple blogs. A one-word answer like "yes" or "no." in the Q&A section Or answering, "I have no idea." Are you commenting just for points? A generic comment that has no relevance to the subject. "Thank you for sharing the information." Or... "Have a nice day." If you have a gripe, do something about it!Do not call out the offending member.They are not your problem. Encourage good comments. I had fun looking up unusual flavors like sake-pink peppercorn and olive oil (not together.)
