I'm going to preface this with "I'm no guru", especially when it comes to the intricacies of SEO and "manipulating the Google"!  But I have learned a few things about what works and what doesn't work for me and getting my phone to ring.  Blogging steadily for years can give you that.There are two terms that matter if you're trying to rank: Short tail.  Basically short tail is the BIG HITTER search terms.  e.g. Cincinnati Ohio Homes for Sale.  Look at the bell curve picture and that's the middle of the curve.  The most frequently searched terms are going to be right there, and they're challenging to gain.  Serious web development and probably lots of bucks spent.You rank for short tail terms and you're not reading this because you are WAY too busy converting those leads to closings.   Lo...

Mikhail Dolivo-Dobrovolsky was born in Gatchina, Russia back in 1861. He studied at the Technische Hochschule Darmstadt in Germany (yes, I spelled those correctly). Anyway, after graduation he worked for the Allgemeine Elektricltats-Gesellschaft in Berlin.In 1911, he received an honorary doctorate from TH Darmstadt. He died in Heidelberg, Germany in 1918, he was 57.What you may not know about Mikhail is that in 1891 he created the first three-phase hydroelectric power plant. During his lifetime, he obtained over 60 patents. He also developed the first three-phase electrical generator and the first three-phase electrical motor.
