One of my best friends and I have a conversation every single morning as we drive into work every day. He and I wrestled together in college and have been best friends ever since (even though he used to beat me up (along with the rest of the team and coaching staff, lol)). We were talking yesterday how having confidence and a positive mindset is no different than becoming great at wrestling.
