Lately, we have noticed that many real estate professionals are asking for the “it” tool for real estate success. They are looking for “apps” to describe their listings, or templates for blogs, best lead generation sites, and other real estate related information. This behavior is a symtom that they are not comfortable in their own skin. They are asking for “the” formula for success. One can definitely achieve success by filling the blanks in the templates of generic forms and following a formula. The tricky part here is that one has to constantly monitor their actions to make sure they are doing the right thing. Whether we’re talking about home prices in Lehigh Acres or new shopping amenities near Sanibel Island, the details matter.
