Chimneys, a large percentage of homes have them. They provide a means of exhaust for our fireplaces, and free standing stoves. They usually protrude through the roof, or on the side of the house that still protrudes through the eaves area of the roof. That is why it's so important that they be flashed correctly, so the roof doesn't leak and damage the wood sheathing and even worse if it gets into the firebox.This house is an older home built in the early 60's. It's in a historical section of town, surrounded by other homes of similar age. It has a wood burning masonry fireplace and chimney. Windows 10 Issues? I recently upgraded one of my laptops to Windows 10.  Everything worked great until this week.   This week, probably after a computer update...  AR and Facebook both are scrambled in the Chrome Browser.  The Microsoft Edge Browser does better but will not let me edit the image formatting in the AR editor to resize etc.  Amazingly Internet Explorer is doing better than the others but I have not tried Mozilla Firefox since I quit using it some time ago... This morning, I've been unable to post a comment on blogs..   So now I'm not sure whether I should revert back to Windows 7 or seek other solutions.. suggestions?

Prices are climbing so quickly, appraisers only use comparable sales made within the last 90 days.When one of my listings is being appraised, I don't leave anything to chance.
