Diana Dahlberg I loved your story and thank you so much for participating.    We had an ARM once when rates were high and we knew that we would not be staying in the home for more than a few years. It worked out well. 

Kathy Streib I did not even know what an ARM was back then, and no one explained it to me.  I just thought that was what everyone had.  The worst part was I put 19% DOWNPAYMENT with an FHA!  Crazy?  Just shows how important a little knowledge can mean.
