HAL Homes has been building upscale ranch condos in Mason's Falling Brook community for some time, and in 2013 they added patio homes to their offering. Falling Brook is immediately next door to Jack Nicklaus designed The Golf Center of Kings Island and the Lindner Family Tennis Center, home to one of the country's biggest annual tennis tournaments.
So when we first talked to our buyers, they already had done their research and had a pretty good idea where they wanted to live. Falling Brook was an ideal match for them: upscale finishes, close to work, and lots of other factors were positive matches for their needs.
We did show them two patio homes in the nearby Heritage At Miami Bluffs 55+ community to give them an idea of what similar dollars would give them in that community, but Falling Brook was definitely the home for them.
A resale patio home just a few years old offered a serious discount to the builders' new construction pricing, so an offer was written that night and negotiated to contract over the next few days. Our buyers are getting a GREAT patio home at an unbelievable price! Inspections are next week and closing scheduled for next month.
One big perk for patio home buyers in Falling Brook? Besides the usual snow removal and lawn mowing and mulching, Falling Brook also takes care of the exterior needs of the patio homes just like they do the patio homes. The owners are responsible for doors, windows, decks and patios, the HOA takes care of the rest!
Falling Brook is within a mile of the I71/SR741 interchange, so heading south to Cincinnati is a snap! And you've also got Kings Island across the highway, so your condo comes with a regular fireworks show during the season!
There's plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment options within a short distance of Falling Brook. One note of caution: don't let Falling Brook's Mason mailing address mislead you, these condos are in Kings Local School District and NOT Mason City Schools. Kings is still highly rated, but don't purchase one of these patio homes expecting Mason City Schools!
And by the way, you don't save any money by visiting and contracting new construction directly from the builder. Our fees are already included in the base price, whether you hire an agent or not, so why not have someone who is ONLY looking out for your best interest?
