Some closings are pretty quick, and that was the case this morning as we helped our buyer complete his purchase of a Beacon Hill townhome in one of Mason's best low maintenance communities!

The seller had completed her paperwork yesterday afternoon, the buyer had already wired his money, so it was just a matter of avoiding writer's cramp while signing the stack of paperwork necessary to complete the sale!

His keys are in hand, utilites in his name and he can take his time moving from a nearby apartment to this 3 story townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths.  The finishes are upscale, and one perk the buyer liked about this version is the two car garage is attached in the basement rather than detached like many of the Beacon Hill townhomes.  While the courtyard for the detached garages appeals to some buyers, others would prefer to avoid the cold winter months and stepping through the snow to reach the garage. 

One noteworthy comment from our buyer this morning:  His mortgage for his townhome will be LESS than the rent he was paying.  He gets MORE room, more ability to do what he wants and even easier access to area amenities.  What's not to like?

Beacon Hill is immediately adjacent to Deerfield Towne Centre (LOTS of restaurants and shopping), the Regal Cinema and plenty more.  The community has its own pool and clubhouse and is just a short drive from two different I-71 interchanges.  Work at P&G's HUGE facility in Mason?  Just around the corner.
