* Look at the sunny side and POSITIVE side of everything.

* Be as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own success.
* Forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
* Give and greet everyone with a smile!
* Spend so much time improving yourself that you have no time left to criticize others.
* Be too big for worry and too noble for anger.
I AM FREE TO RELEASE MY ANGER OR RAGE:
Today; work on ways to get rid of anger. You can make rational and healthy decisions about the ways you intend to express yourself. Whether through counseling, keeping a journal, yelling, or confronting, search out a method to express yourself.
One thing you should NOT do is internalize your anger. DO NOT swallow rage by rationalizing that you were guilty or responsible for what happened to you in the past. Keep yourself free from stomach aches, backaches, headaches, and other problems that result from denying your emotions.
Anger will not kill anyone. Be a powerful person...but DON'T let your emotions powerful enough to strike someone down. For your own mental and physical health, change your attitude towards ANY unhealthy rule you have learned about blocking free expression.
May your day and week be filled with optimism, enthusiasm, and a above average great attitude.
