After all, we don't want potential buyers cruising by your listing without taking a peek because of a poor first impression! Set the tone for what's to come...it's like a marvelous path of warm cookies leading to the perfect home.

Interesting post. Who exactly is Inspiration Station?

Funny thing is an author from Nolo found me on hear last year and published a book about selling your home. That was then. Last night she emailed me letting me know that a large company was interested in what Realtors had to say about landscaping and curb appeal and how it can be quantified to increase a homes value. Love my AR.

LENDERS start questing why these lots have no landscape and whether there is a lot of renters out in the same neighborhood. You no longer can tell. Hillsborugh, CA is one of the most affluent neighborhood in CA. This year they saved 49% H2O consumption making the curb appeal look very different than before....

Spring is the best time to show homes. Curb appeal is at its best. Flowers, greenery everywhere. There is nothing great if there are washer, drier, frig on front driveway....trash every where when you are next door trying to sell.
