I promised Diane I would make an easy Friday Dinner and to boot a light but flavorful one. Now with that said, I purposely made some extra bakes Salmon the other day.
Hence all I needed to do is make the salad and easy flavorful dinner for Friday night.
It was delicious, salmon gone but there is still some leftover salad:) So what did you make for dinner tonight?
