Hi Endre Barath, Jr. last night was a quiet night at home.  Saturday we went to our friends.  Hard to keep track of days on 3 day weekends!  We  have more energy - i doubt that!  You'd enjoy floating around in the pool and it was lovely this morning - ahhhhhh!  Enjoy your lovely dinner tonight with your friend!

Not really George Souto - pretty much a laid back weekend.  Although it was rough floating around the pool for an hour this morning LOL.

Hi Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS we've got a couple of somewhat warmer temps the next few days but who's counting.  I'm  so ready for fall now!  Bring on those pumpkins!

It's almost October Endre Barath, Jr. ! Never a dull moment around here.  We've had main water line leak and a dug up yard this past few days.  Water is back on, thankfully, but job won't be completed until Monday.  I so appreciate running water!!  How you doing?

Well it wasn't too bad Endre Barath, Jr. . Thursday water was on by 8:30pm  or so that meant a late dinner.  It went out Friday am again and back on by 5:00 pm.  Way better than the day before!  As for a hotel we thought about it.  It's just too hard with Barney being so old plus blind and deaf.  He needs to be where he knows how to get around. You know....all those little patterns old dogs rely on.  Gotta keep him as happy as we can  🐶  It could have been worse.....AC out!!

Happy Sunday Debe Maxwell, CRS 🧡  Connie is a really cool lady!  We've been friends since I was in college.  She was my older sisters friend and when she moved to Phoenix we became BFF's.  She's always positive and happy and enjoys having fun and exploring. Gary and I have a blast with the her and Kevin here in town as well as traveling around. They're so much like us - upbeat and always up for fun and friends!

We did have a great Labor Day weekend - and OMG it's almost October!  I just started taking out a few fall decors and having fun today getting ready for our first fall round up party later on this month.  Pool season is over for us now.  BUT.....we look forward to using the Jacuzzi often this winter season. Ahhhhhhh so relaxing!  Kind of like you guys looking out at the lake & sunsets is always so peaceful. We look out over our oasis backyard and the mountains behind us.

Well maybe you could install a pool Debe Maxwell, CRS - best of both worlds!  Lake view and a pool!   We have a very deep pool  because that's what they made back in the 70's.  Now they're 5 foot play pools which you could be using until November as they don't chill down so fast.  We thought about making our pool shallower when we had it re-done but decided against it at the time.  The kids all loved the pool as  it is so it's still that way!

I would have left it as well, Anna "Banana" Kruchten! I forgot about the depth - that makes perfect sense as to why it cools down quickly.

We talked about a pool but, with Ray's health issues, we feel that downsizing in a couple of years may be in order here. We're remaining positive while trying to be somewhat proactive at the same time.

I totally understand Debe Maxwell, CRS . Staying positive and being proactive is what it takes for sure.  At some point we'll be right sizing as I call it.....and be free of all the maintenance.  Check out my post today. Craziness....🤣
