I am gratitude for having a wife that is a wildlife person. Yes she made me sell my rifles and I gave up hunting before we got married but it was work it. I got her a good Nikon camera and lots of lenses that we can catch lots of pictures on our many trips to Yellowstone and other places. We just got this one outside the cabin in Clark, Colorado.
This Moose calf was just born in Rocky Mountain National Park in June of this year. We saw him born and this was day three when he was up on all four legs. New born are always fun to watch, she like to take lots of pictures, lucky it is a digital camera over I be buying lots of film.
Of course I love when she tells me to turn around that she can get the picture from her side of the car like this fox that was fine with her taking a picture of it. We saw some pups the next day but could not get a great picture of them.
Of course getting a picture in someone backyard of a black bear, this one was a big one. The backyard was on the market for one million dollars, wonder if the bear came with it?
Of course this is my all time best picture of a mother and son fighting over my discussion with them to move to Denver, I try to explain to them that they would love Denver, Colorado and be a hit. The younger grizzly was all for it but the mom wanted nothing to with it.
