The house that was once the home for the Hotchkiss family farm is now the towns' museum. The farmland itself is now a town recreation area and almost at the town center. What Makes Prospect CT A Fine Place to Call Home? The residents of Prospect CT enjoy a quality of life that is unique and different than the residents of surrounding towns. While enjoying a simple non-commercial town, there are many pleasantries enjoyed that come to be enjoyed by neighboring town's residents.
First, Prospect CT was established in 1827 and is located in the Northwest corner of New Haven county surrounded by Bethany, Waterbury, Cheshire, and Naugatuck.
