When you have access to the whole nation of Real Estate it is hard not to look over the fence and see greener grass. Everyone in Real Estate, Buyers, Sellers, Agents and everyone else read reports showing markets that make us covet THAT market.

No matter what the market every one of those markets seem to have a "Rock Star" that is doing very well in it.

Home Buyers, Sellers, and Real Estate investors would do well to find Honest Real Estate sites and honest agents and brokers. In my humble opinion the site, Active Rain, is where people are going to find honest assessments of Real Estate as well as honest advice from trustworthy agents.

A Rock Star doesn't look over the fence, they harvest the green right in their own back yards.

That seems to be the way it is in many MLS's Will Hamm . My thought on it is if you don't like it get your own Brokers license.

That is for sure Edward Gilmartin . Homes in the Minot ND sell for about a fourth of what they sell for in "hot" markets.

I get that Nina Hollander, Broker , my love. Here in Minot I never found people to pay attention to any RE website with the exception of the one we dislike the most, That being said I think "that" site is the most dishonest of them all.
