I do wonder why they felt the need to try to bring suit over  UDAAP. Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices  from Consumer Financial Protection Bureau standards.Its kind of in their name financial protection to my mind the right to employment without discrimination is a financial protection the right to earn a living wage. I represent taxpayers in Gainesville and the state of Florida who have tax issues with the IRS.  That all-important first step in getting out of an IRS mess is to do an analysis of the IRS Account Transcript. This transcript shows all the transactions by tax year, starting with the assessment for each tax year. Adjustments, payments, penalties, and notices mailed are recorded by date. Particularly useful is whether or not the Collections Division is active for the account. What are the benefits of analyzing the transcripts? 9/11 - Do.Not.Ever.Forget!  September 11, 2001, was the last day almost 3,000 people would wake, shower, get dressed, eat breakfast, kiss their loved ones, go to work, come home again. They were blindsided by evil, cowardly acts of terrorism by those who do not value human life. We must always remember this event and honor those lost lives. I recall that morning well when readying for work while listening to the local radio station. In disbelief, the host shakily stated that one of the Twin Towers was hit by a plane, I turned on the TV and sure enough there was footage of impact! From that day, I do not not listen to the radio at home and feel less safe than prior to this event. September 11-Twenty-Two Years LaterIt has been twenty-two years since the September 11 attacks on our country. Many in college now were not even born then.  It seems like yesterday when the reality of what happened hit us. Ebenezer Baptist Church is a beautiful historic building that now is home to the Auburn Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. Also, Sundillia Music concerts are held at this location (450 E Thach Avenue, Auburn, AL).  It was built by former slaves on a rise that was once called Baptist Hill.  The half acre was donated for the church building by L.W. Payne. The Ebenezer building was completed in 1870 and served the group for almost a century. Locals often heard singing during their fellowship time.  Paperwork compiled in 1975 by W.
