I interpret the message that true power comes from within, from understanding and following one's own values, passions, and intuition.

To me the quote implies that when you feel powerless, it's a signal that you've become disconnected from your authentic self and have possibly started prioritizing external influences, societal expectations, or other people's opinions over your own inner wisdom and desires. To regain a sense of power or empowerment, you need to reconnect with your own inner voice and trust your instincts. Through self-reflection, you can find strength and a sense of power in your life and enjoy a happy state of mind.
