No one likes to be startled yet people always seem to think it's funny. I am married to someone who startles very easy and I've learned to be very gentle in approaching her when entering the same room.

Of course we need to be careful not to startle people in the Real Estate business or they may just flip over to another agent.

There are a lot of things that can startle a Real Estate Buyer and a few that can startle a Seller. A Buyer can be startled at any time and sometimes it can result in:

Like your wife, Bob "RealMan" Timm I startled easily as well. I attribute that to living alone for so many years. I like your tie-in to real estate and that photo of the baby is hoot!

I couldn't resist that baby picture when I saw it Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist . I am not as aware of my surroundings at all times as I used to be so I too am startled much easier then I used to be. Also I used to be more confident in my ability to ward off a danger which is why I always carry these days.

Hi Bob- I startle easily as well. On our walk this morning. Larry said "That was a big one. Keep walking" I knew exactly what he meant and my toes curled in my shoes. The largest coral snake we'd seen crossed between us and went into the trees.
