Is Cash "Always KING" When Buying Real Estate? A few weeks ago I listed a house for sale in Kenosha, Wisconsin. On Day 1 we had a huge onslaught of showings. My cell phone was dinging throughout the day alerting me of the fact that another agent had been confirmed through our FlexMLS ShowingTime system. Agents were texting, calling and emailing me throughout the day asking questions about best terms, etc. and advised their buyer was considering putting in an offer but wanted a quick answer/response from the seller today, if that was even possible. Why Do Cats LOVE Christmas Trees? The Christmas Tree is positively without a shadow of a doubt CATNIP for FELINES! What's the Attraction? Plenty of shiny and dangling things; a cat favorite! It is also a NEW THING that the cat just MUST Investigate! They are so inquisitive! Possibly even the new smells or the smell of the outdoors coming inside -- and that is Cat Bliss! Ah! An opportunity to climb which they rarely can resist. According to PETA, you should try and place your Christmas Tree away from surfaces which can be used as "launching pads" (e.g. end tables). In this day and age, Social Media is here to stay and it is of the utmost importance that tech savvy Realtors embrace this technology. Social Media is no longer for the “young” but for all of us, the young and old or should I re-phrase that to the young-at-heart.
