The proportion of cash sales made in the United States reached its highest level since 2014 in April. It goes from 35.1% in Orlando to 53.6% in West Palm Beach in Florida.According to research from Redfin, cash was used to purchase 33.4% of homes in the United States in April. Consequently, the experience can be less than ideal. On the other hand, I personally facilitate the closing of 3-4 SBA loans each month, predominantly through non-bank SBA lenders.
