As we mark the 22nd anniversary of the tragedy of September 11, 2001, we pause to reflect on the lives lost and the heroes who sacrificed on that fateful day. We honor their memory and their legacy. We stand united as a nation and as a world against terror and hate. We pray for peace and healing for all who suffer.
As real estate professionals, we also recognize the impact that 9/11 had on our industry and our communities. We witnessed the devastation of the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and the Flight 93 crash site. We saw the resilience of the people who rebuilt and restored their homes and businesses. We felt the solidarity of the people who supported and helped each other.
