How Do I Find a Home with a MOTIVATED Seller

Well believe it or not some listings in the Seller's descriptions say something like MOTIVATED SELLER Bring Offer! This is a BIG CLUE. The seller may have moved, bought another home and is paying two mortgages. They WANT A SALE. It usually means in real estate lingo, "Seller will accept a lower price than the listing price".

So if you are ready to make that next step but are thinking about waiting – maybe you should look at your options. If you look for a MOTIVATED SELLER and like the home submit an offer.

Other than the Seller stating they are MOTIVATED, WHEN does a Home Buyer know when a Home Seller is ready  and "MOTIVATED" to accept a much LOWER OFFER? Well maybe start with homes that have been on the market for 90 days or more as "something" is going on there as the calendar days are increasing and the Seller is getting nervous.
