George Souto our homes are doing well too -- IF -- we can get a listing.  Sellers are still very hesitant in listing their homes for fear of not being able to find suitable housing due to the shortage and because they don't want to pay the higher interest rates.  Glad your doing well!  Have an awesome finish to 2023!
