Do you make money with your channel on YouTube?  It seems that you would have quite a following with the high-quality videos that you produce.  Do you post on X?  It seems that there is going to be big payouts for the influencers that post on X.

The videos are the number one marketing tool bar none. So yes, make money with the YouTube video channel success but no, for monetization each one for outside advertisers to hitch a ride Brian England ... the drone, on ground and inside videos are all to strengthen the brand, to deliver information best. The video links get shared on all the social media channels as soon as they are uploaded and go online.

Wow - you've created 1,400 video over the last 16 years - that's dedication. In 3 years, I've created 104. SEO and Thumbnails are important. Never, ever, create a video without understand how many folks are searching for a specific SEO search term (word or phrase). If no one is searching for something, don't create that video. 

 

I love this essay. Youtube leads are the highest quality out there as the prospect already knows you! I outsource all my editing to eliminate that obstacle.

     Long tail key word strings need SEO consideration too because less competition, higher return. Longer videos like beefy blog posts for longer engagements. You took the time to give them more. 

     Remember in sports, pass the puck, guide the ball to the weaker side where all the players are not bunched up? You stock the video shelves with hundreds of productions like a library of information.

     Would you eat at a restaurant many times if not much to "dine on" ? You had to hit a drive through on the way home because still hungry?

     Always see way better audience results when the channel operator turns the camera around and covers something worthwhile. Point, collect the local properties, the local community events. 

     Viewers, listeners want the local new listings to tour, the what to do for fun community videos. Not to doze off watching a screen filled with a talking head.. only the talking head droning on. That is not useful to your audience who is way too busy for that waste of time.

Simple run and gun, one after another local property listing and community videos of all kinds. Just do those for best results.

     Made way more videos than 1400 but they are not all on YouTube channel Dorie Dillard Austin TX . Facetime videos are private, sometimes a grand opening for just an audience of one, two, only a family. Streamed tons of those during COVID. Follow up to the long form video for buyers buying just based on video. 

     And before everyone was on YouTube the second largest search engine, sending a disc with video, other format deliveries happened too. Come a long way since pack of 8 black and white Polaroids you point, shoot, pull out, wait, peel off. (Then seal to protect.)

     Do whatever moves the information best to expand your audience size with greater reach and frequency is the goal. How to do it changes daily with technical advancements. Stay current or ahead of the curve to avoid becoming a dinosaur wearing a rusted faded blue R.

The best videos are the thought out before you starting the run and gun collecting loops... you storyboard it in your head like a cartoon illustrator. Then quickly the pieces go together. 

This video embedded had to be clip right along chop chop get 'er dun. Can't fly after sunset (unless adding 3 mile aftermarket navigation lighting and only had a small window of sunshine supplied in the right direction for the my drone fly over Dr. Paula McDonald !

     Keywoods, strong title, wired just so description all part of the video rocket fuel. Videos make your audience reach grow way beyond the local zip code and transport those channel viewers to your hometown. To tag along with you to a farmers market in Maine for example.

     Come on, let's see what's fresh, to meet the local farm to table growers. Videos give you a taste of what would it be like if I lived where Ed hangs his hat and goes round and round in real estate circles.

     Chuck Willman ..Thank you for stopping by! Videos are so so worth the effort and no other marketing tool works so hard. Properties deserve real full motion videos, not slide shows. Sellers expect videos for higher priced, quicker sales with a way way larger audience.

     Buyers will get videos from you or another little red hen agent in your market that puts in the energy and effort to deliver the open house on demand virtual tours. Just uploaded this new real estate listing video and overnight there will be hundreds, thousands of showings around the clock.
