Evergreen videos are the backbone of a solid real estate video library. Neighborhood videos, in particular, are a great way to establish yourself with relocation clients as a local expert. And, they withstand the test of time.
We've been working on our on-camera template to use for producing multiple videos. Last week, we debuted our rough draft. Our weather is improving again this weekend, and we hope to get more video shot to complete this series.
Part of our filming this coming week will include a template example for those of you not interested in speaking "on-camera." We know it can be so uncomfortable to stare into a camera and be natural.
Here is an evergreen video produced in 2014, when I (Debb) was still working solo as an agent for The Carl Group. While it needs a branding update, you can see, six years later, it still showcases the neighborhood well. Although, the home values are considerable higher today!
This is a good example of a video with no "on-camera" speaking parts. Instead, there's a slide with a photo of "Mac and Me," and video of us walking along a neighborhood trail to establish connection and build familiarity.
