Zoom Call with Brad Andersohn: Agent Goal Planner

The Zoom call this past week carried a lot of memories for those that have been in the system for while. Early RainCamps saw a speaker that would offer technical expertise on a number of topics and with a fast-paced delivery leave those that heard him mesmerized.

The Zoom call was very similar with the detail offered by Brad, as well as the detours he took most likely due to being back amongst people that knew him when.

No longer part of a brokerage and presumably enjoying his time off, he has offered to bring back some of the times we experienced with the information similar to a RainCamp.

Brad's presentation was on making work easier and smarter. As he explained it, when he was working for a title company, he was less inclined to bring in the desert for coffee and make a presentation and more inclined to show his potential clients, how to work smarter, be more efficient, and thus make more money.  He was so effective at getting business for his company that he was ultimately told to cease and desist as no one could compete and they went to the National boards to get him ousted.

He went to work for a national brand and flourished as most likely did the agents in that company.

For the presentation, he offered his Agent Goal Planner, which can be downloaded here.

While starting his presentation, Brad's power went out, and he scurried and came back on within 10 minutes.

He started to go through the basics of his system,

The spread sheet at right is from the download of his Goal Planner.  He suggested that one make a copy and use a second as the formulas are set but people can still make mistakes,

Brad's presentation is geared to making on work smarter and make what we need instead of working long hours with far less production.

With the time spent reminiscing, and the power failure, he wasn't able to complete his spiel. However, with some subtle persuasion, he has agreed to come back again and go into more details as to how to work smarter and be more productive.

This Active Brad today and that shirt is one that he carried to RainCamps and had autographed, by people that took the time to stop and say hello at some of the pre-camp sessions which may have involved sparkling conversation and possibly some adult beverages.

Check the schedule for the next ActiveBrad Zoom call as it will be fast paced and informative.

What a great time I had hanging out with the “Fellowship of the Rain!” Sorry about the power outage, it’s kind of a regular thing at our cabin in the mountains. We even had snow a few days earlier. The session was geared toward goal setting, breaking down contacts, appointments, which lead to closings. This week we are going to show folks where to find those targeted contacts and prospects to turn them into appointments and closings. Call it marketing, lead generation, farming, prospecting, or whatever you want. The reality of it is the more contacts you have, the more appointments will manifest which ultimately leads to your business success and financial freedom. Some great resources out there that provide free leads are available to agents. There are pay per record options out there too. Some just don’t know it’s there. I plan to share where. Thanks for posting this, and congrats on the feature. I hope folks can join us next Tuesday, I try to keep the reminiscing down to a small puddle. 👍

Ed ~ Brad did a great job, even with the power outage, in bringing back the nostalgia of the early Rain and then went on to presenting his great goal planning tool.  I am looking forward to what he brings this next Tuesday when he leads the Zoom meeting again!

This sounds like a very informative ZOOM call. I never went to any of the Rain Camps.  I am sure this was a little nostalgic for some.
